Can I visit the Home Alone or Elf themed rooms without a ticket?
-
Unfortunately, we cannot allow guests who do not purchase a ticket to one of our themed rooms to tour the area. We want to ensure the comfort of guests in those rooms by eliminating as much foot traffic and noise as possible. We invite you to join us there next year!
Can I visit Santa without a visit/photo ticket?
-
Unfortunately, due to the limited amount of time before Santa and Mrs. Claus head back to the North Pole, and our goal to keep wait times short, we can only allow guests with timed photo tickets to visit Santa. You will be able to see him on stage or leave him a letter.
What if I have food allergies?

Unfortunately, because of the nature of this event, there is a possibility of cross-contamination of tree nuts, gluten, and dairy.

No, strollers are not permitted in the building.

How do I participate in the Pick-a-Prize Raffle?
